Sarah made shortbread cookies this time, cut into hearts, and iced. She wanted to make the kind that you do Mom, at Christmas time. I helped her with rolling the dough out, but she wanted to do the icing. She had originally wanted to make these Friday. She called me while I was still at school and wanted to know where the recipe was. This was at 5pm. I told her that I was just about to leave school, but when I got home I would have to get supper. She said she knew all that and thought we could make them after supper! Ha I finally talked her into making them Saturday.
